£7,250 for client who obtained noise induced hearing loss and tinnitus in the workplace

We were recently successful in obtaining £7250 for our client who worked as a Lithographic Printer in the Bradford area from 1962 to 2006.  Our client was not provided with hearing protection and as a result he developed noise induced hearing loss and tinnitus.

Our client instructed Yorkshire’s Injury Lawyers to pursue a claim for compensation on his behalf.  The defendants denied breaching their duty of care but settled the claim out of court 2 days before the trial

Our client said: “I am delighted with the result.”
