£4,000 Compensation Awarded for Tripping Accident in Yorkshire

Yorkshire’s Injury Lawyers acted for the Claimant who tripped and fell over an unmarked step whilst leaving a shop in Leeds. The Claimant sustained an uncomplicated broken right ankle. However eventually the Defendant’s insurers became involved and ultimately an admission of liability was secured. A medical report was then obtained in respect of the Claimant’s injuries and settlement was achieved in August 2011 whereby the Claimant received £4,000 in full and final settlement of her claim.
