£3000 damages agreed with 5 months of suffering injury

We acted for an elderly client on a no win no fee basis, who suffered minor injuries when being struck at low speed by a car emerging from an entrance. The driver failed to notice our client. Our client sustained bruising and grazing around his eye as well as bruising and a minor laceration to his leg.

We arranged for the client to be medically examined by an independent Doctor who confirmed that the majority of the symptoms settled down within 2 months of the accident and that he would be left with a minor scar to his knee which would settle down over 6 months.
